Comment: Luo's is our all time favorite old-fashioned Chinese go-to! Their egg rolls are excellent and fried foods are crisp and not greasy. The atmosphere is classic and family friendly and service is fast and cheerful. We love the beef & broccoli, kung pau chicken and the Empress chicken. We often order take out and there are always extra almond cookies in the bag and an accurate order. This place is a classic and the best Chinese food in Oak Park.
